Question on wiring 3rd and 4th channel to h/u
But you might not be able to use the fader controls if you don't have separate RCA's for the front and rear input on the amp.
If the amp doesn't have an input switch (which I'd be suprised) then the splitters should work.
My h/u is a Pioneer DEH-P470MP, btw.
If I have to use a splitter it won't be so bad. I can adjust the levels using the gain on the amp. I can't see myself using the fader very much anyway.
This makes sense to me, but it would seem like I would also loose the ability to control the subs with my h/u as well as the back/front fading. That's going to be annoying.
I wouldn't think you'd need all 4 RCA inputs on that amp hooked up to get 4 channel output from it, but if you do then the y splitters should work.
