Default stock reciever problem.

ok i just got this car used and did not realize the cd player didnt work anyhow im posting a picture aswell. it just shows this the entire time no button does anything. only thing that changes is i can hit the hour and minute buttons but after a few second it goes back to this. L0[ screen. i pulled the reciever out un hooked the wires and hooked them back in still with the same result. i can here the cd spin up inside. it took my CD but wont spit it back out either. has anyone else experienced this? and is their a good site showing how to install an aftermarket reciever? trying to make a good base of bookmarks of do it yourself pages for maintenance issues.
