Problem with remote on my alarm

Problem with remote on my alarm I have a Clifford RSX 3.5 and the unlock button on the remote has stopped working and I couldnt remember what I had to do to cut the alarm off with the little push button. Well here are my 2 questions
1. Does anyone know the factory default setting for deactivating the alarm without the remote?
2. I also have a brand new Viper 791XV. Can I change the remotes and or brains instead of having to buy a new clifford remote?
