Default MTX Thunderform Enclosure

I just put this box in my car and I wonder if it could hit hard if it had a hole in it. I got an MTX 6000 in it now. Has anyone tried that.

I have that same box in the powered version ,its not large enough to funtion ported. It needs at least 200 watts RMS and a proper head unit with a sub control to be adjusted properly.

It doesnt look like its possible. The enclosure is only .6 cuft and you need at least .9 for a ported/vented enclosure. Putting a hole/port in that box would probably decrease spl.
