Can I put in a CD Changer?

Can I put in a CD Changer? My friend has a '94 Firebird, and he'd like a newer model HU with a CD Changer. How would I run a wire back to the rear of the car, for the Changer? Has anyone done it before, and would like to give me some tips?

You can buy the changer harness separately from the dealer or even here in the for sale forum. The changer often comes with the harness in the box and you don't need it on an LS1 so you might find someone willing to sell theirs. Actually, if he hasn't bought the changer yet he may get a harness with it.
Installing it is a simple matter of plugging it in to the back of the head unit, running it along the side of the car (under the door sill panel) and plugging it into the changer at the back.
