Splicing RCAs?
1. Using the high level inputs, you have balanced architecture. Everyone for the past couple of years has been raving about balanced input. We realized the important noise rejecting capabilities of balanced inputs about 10 years ago. It's about time the rest of the industry caught up. :-)
2. Using the low level inputs doesn't always provide sufficient voltage to drive the sub to full output. Some radios simply have too weak of output on the RCA's to get full output.
3. With a lot of consumers installing our products themselves, it's easier for them to get to the rear speaker wires (in most cases) than to remove the radio.
I searched around a little bit and a guy that works for Bazooka posted this somewhere, I dont remember where. Any truth to this (besides 3 because its obvious). I hooked it with the hi-level for now and just tapped the signal from the sail panel subs. It sounds great (loud and clean) but if someone tells me it will sound a lot better using a line level converter then I will give it a try. Im not really a car audio guru so if its only a minor difference in quality then I probably wouldnt be able to tell. Any more opinions?

Thats Correct ... need lil black box ... PAC makes a good one!
