Default Modified Fit?

I am looking at buying a new head unit online but after entering all of my car's information they all say "modified fit". What will I have to do to make it fit? Thanks for any help!

For many aftermarket head units you have to bend down the rear support tab on the factory radio tray because the head unit is deeper than the factory one. Other than that you just need a mounting kit (to adapt a single DIN HU to the 1.5 DIN opening), a wiring kit and an antenna adapter.
