Speaker whistle

Speaker whistle I've been having this problem intermittently for the past couple of months. Its weird, sometimes the noise will be around for a few days, then it'll go away for a week. If I get the noise, I'll hear it when I start the car, and it won't go away unless I shut it off and restart the motor(although that usually doesn't work).
You can here a whistle through the front speakers(both of them) when the radio is off or at low volume. The whine changes pitch with engine RPMS, I like to pretend its my blower making the noise(not really, its annoying as hell).
System specs:
Pioneer headunit(I'll get the model # in a minute)
JL 300/4 amp
Boston SL65 componets(crossovers mounted on a board in the rear tire area with the amp)
Boston 10" sub in a stealth box.
Some crappy off brand rear fill 6.5" speakers running off the headunit.
Any ideas? I do have aftermarket Taylor plug wires, could they be sending interference through the speakers??

yea i got the same problem i pulled the fuse on my headunit just to make sure that was it and it cured it right away(but of course my headunit didnt work) i would liek to know what is causing it
I had a set of aftermarket spark plug wires (MSD's) that was causing that sound thru my speakers.....I switched to AC Delco OE & it went away
I was shocked when I found out that spark plug wires can cause some stereo interference
