Default Trouble w/ Amp/Sub Wiring

Well, I have a stealthbox, sony xplod class d amp, and a MA audio 12'' DVC sub. Monsoon system

Well I have 2 problems:
1st: I could not get any type of REM to work w/ the monsoon system, I tried wiring to the pinkish wire off my power antenna and it seems to turn on when the car turns on but doesn't turn off.

2nd: My setup worked when we first hooked it up and it was sounding amazing. We put my interior back together and I go no sub activity. It turns out it is blowing fuses now. Blows the fuse on the power cord (30A) and before, you hear some crackling in the sub.

Also, check my wiring:
Power cable off battery, fused.
Ground off one of the bolts under the rear panels (using copper power wire)
Rem (Not working, currently off of the pink wire to antenna)

Sub is DVC 4 ohm, I got it run in parallel so the amp see 2ohm load

Is it possible I blew the sub or something? My amp is rated at 600watts RMS @ 2ohms. The sub's listing at ma audios site says:
• 300W/350W Rms
• 600W/700W Max (Maybe i gave it too much juice?)

I tried wiring an RCA line off of my rear speaker and that didnt work, Also tried wiring high level outputs from my amp input.
I eventually went off my rear speaker amp inputs.
Used this:
Light Blue............Right Rear Speaker - connected to Right - on amp
Dark Blue.............Right Rear Speaker + connected to Right + on amp
Yellow................Left Rear Speaker - connected to Left - on amp
Brown.................Left Rear Speaker + connected to Left + on amp

I am puzzled why it worked excellent earlier and now it wont.

1.) The fuse rating on your main power line should be 1 step above your amp's total fuse rating. A 600 rms amp should require much more than a 30 amp power line fuse. The amp itself should have probably at least 60 amps of fusing on it... So the amp asks for too much, and pops your main power line fuse. Figure out what the total fuse rating of your amp is and then go 1 step above that.

DO NOT, and I mean, do not, be tempted to try hardwiring the power line without a fuse... because if you have the problem noted in step 2, you could burn up your wiring, carpet, short out the whole chassis by doing so. If you find out your fuse rating is lacking get the proper fusing and try that.

2.) Not trying to be insulting, but if it happened after you put your interior together, and the fuse blows as soon as you replace it - you probably shorted a wire somewhere along the line. It'd be pretty easy to ground out a wire putting the trim screws back in or making a pinch somewhere along the line.

By putting together the interior i mean just the rear trunk panels, my power line was already ran as well as the ground, I guess i could gut the other panels and check the thing. What size fuse do you recommend?

Also, did I wire it correctly for the audio input? W/ the high level input?

Everything sounds ok, the amp you use on the power line should be one step (probably 10 amps) higher than the fuses in the amp itself.

I am a bit worried i killed the sub. I used a different ground and just made sure everything was good. Now It will run off a 30A fuse for a few mins (just the amp at low power). AS I crank up the base, the sub simply rattles on the inside and then blows the fuse as it goes too high. It does smell a bit electrical inside the box but idk if that is just how the sub smells.

I did run the amp at like 70-90% @ 2ohms for about 20 mins listening to jams and this thing was POUNDING for that time.
