Clean Wiring Tips Can anybody give me some tips to get power from the 12 ignition line and the line for the light for the gauges? for a neat job thanx

There are terminals in the fuse panel specifically designed for the purpose of adding accessories - one for constant (battery) power, one for ignition power, and one for accessory power (same as ignition plus available during the retained accessory power cycle). You can run a wire from behind the dash to the front of the fuse panel and plug it in using a spade terminal (be sure to put an inline fuse in the circuit).
You can get lighting power in a couple of places. If you just want the gauges lit when the lights are on then you can tap into the brown wire at either the headlight switch or the dimmer switch. If you want the gauges to dim with the dash lights then you can connect to the dark green wire at the dimmer switch.
