Door locks and windows don't work, remote locks do work

Door locks and windows don't work, remote locks do work Well I gutted my car for the past 2 weeks and now that I have it put together the damn door locks and windows don't work. The funny part is I didn't even mess with the hardware/wiring.
Awkwardly enough the remote lock does work. How in the hell does that happen?
Any suggestions on where to look?
The only loose connectors in that area is the yellow wire to the airbag and a 2 pin connector with a black and purple wire leading to it. I think that belongs to the HVAC stuff but I could be wrong.
