Can this setup be run safely?

Can this setup be run safely? I have a sony class D amp, 600watts rms @ 2ohms and 300 watts rms @ 4ohms.
I am going to be purchasing 2 jl audio 12w3 d6 's. I plan to put one in a stealthbox so it will be running one sub off that amp. Can I safely do that, the sub is like 300 watt rms but i cant get it to 4 ohms. What are your suggestions? I may do a dual sub in the trunk space but I am not sure yet.
