weird noises??? help

weird noises??? help My 2002 TA makes some really strange noises every so often...Like sometimes when I turn the radio the right front speaker does all this static crap and then it sounds blown or something but the next or 2 it won't make any noise at all.... I don't get it. Its starting to get on my nerves anybody have any solutions for the problem??? thx
