How should I wire this??

How should I wire this?? Hi everyone,
I just picked up a harman/kardon drive + play for my 2001 Firebird. I'm looking to hardwire it into the car with the harness that it came with but I have no experience with wiring and I don't want to mess anything up. So if you would all be so kind, here is what I have.
The harness has 3 wires:
Yellow = 12v dc with an inline 2A fuse
Red = ACC
Black = ground
In addition to that, I would also like to run this through a simple rocker switch so that I can turn the unit off when I don't want to use it (when the car is running).
The switch has 3 prongs:
-Power (the switch lights up)
-Load
-Ground
So here are my questions:
1.) How should the power wires be connected to the fuse box?
2.) What wire(s) should be going to and from the switch?
3.) What would be a good ground to use that is near/under the dash?
I would appreciate as much help as possible with this and feel free to be really descriptive. Thanks in advance!!
