iPod Hardwire question, has anyone done this?
iPod Hardwire question, has anyone done this? I was looking at possibly just getting an AUX input for the CD changer. I keep reading "only the monsoon with tape/aux buttons are compatible" but I have an AUX button on my CD Monsoon system. I don't feel like I need to change the song with my stereo buttons and really am never on car rides long enough to need to be charging my iPod, and I can always fix that later. Just wondering if this is possible and if anyone has done this. Thanks
The way I did it allows the buttons to work and to charge the Ipod Stays hidden in the glovebox. All my music is on the 60GB ipod.

Post #7 has what you need It converts L and R audio to the din-9 If you want to whole kit and once you load the ipod in there you don't want to think about it again go with the Yahoo setup.
