Here is the link to who makes them.I ordered mine directly.There setup is very easy.Premade so you just plug it in the radio and it will give you two sets of RCA's,1 set front,1set rear and a power lead(turn on)

Re: PAC OEM-1 I'm guessing that the harness wires that plug into that PAC module have the RCAs on them? This looks like exactly what I need. I like the factory CD player in my truck and plan on doing a stealth system.
