Re: HU opinions needed My 8400MP should be here this week. I currently have an Alpine D855 in the car and the quality of it is top notch. Real clean sound. I've read a bunch of opinions on the 8400 and how it delivers up to all the hype, but the new Alpines still allow you to tune a little better. It was between the new Alpine flip out din.3 or this one. I chose the Pioneer due to style. I'll let you know how it goes.

HU opinions needed I want to get a new HU for my camaro soon (I only have the monsoon cassette so <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> ). I've narrowed my choices down to 2 HU's... so which do you guys like better?

I will be adding subs in the near future, but not till I do other things to my car. I might possibly upgrade speakers to, but I think the monsoon sounds alright so that won't be till next year.

Re: HU opinions needed Well the reason is because I work at circuit city (dunno how common this store is out of IL), but I get about 38% off recivers <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .
