Default Got new subwoofer/amp.....how to install?

I got a 10" MTX subwoofer with a 100W mono amp for it. What do I need for this to work with the stock Monsoon system and where can I get it? Thanks.

Go to any car audio place and get:

(I think it is called a OEM-PAC, tell them it is a high input to low output. They'll know what it is)

8ga wire, Length will depend on distant from battery to Amp location
Fuse block with fuse
8ga ground, Length will depend on distance from amp to ground location
RCA cables, length will depend on distance from rec to AMP
10ga Speaker wire, Distance from amp to speaker
Different connectors (batterey connector, ground connector, speaker connectors)

You're gonna need a box for that subwoofer too.

Yeah, the PAC-OEM 1, there is a guide on their website that tells you which model number you need. That will allow it to work with the Monsoon system.
As far as all the other wiring stuff, Lil SS, is right on the money. I can't think of anything else.
I bought a Rockford Fosgate wiring kit from Best Buy, it came with 4 awg wire instead of 8 awg, for the power cable and the ground cable, but I don't think it will really matter. Also the Rockford Fosgate kit, the power wire, has the fuse block already integrated into the wire. Just makes it easier to install everything in one piece, IMO.
The RCA cables I bought from Radio Shack and the speaker wires, I already had.
