Default ABS INOP/TCS off lights

i recently had my cutout welded up, but it was welded too low so it would scrape sometimes. when it would scrape my ABS INOP light would go on- until i restarted the car. however, all of a sudden the abs light as stayed on and the TCS OFF light has stayed on as well. sometimes the tcs is on even though the light is off (itll kick the pedal back) and the abs still works i think cause i feel it when driving with the skinnies on. i checked the fuses and they all look good. what else would cause this? maybe i need to pull the battery and see if it resets?

Check the connections around your rear end. They may have knocked it lose. It happens a lot to people who dyno. I guess the straps pull on the wires.
