Default Monsoon radio lights

I have one or two lights out on the stock monsoon radio head unit, how do i get access or change the bulbs inside the radio? Buying a new one is not an option for me.
Here's a picture of it right now:

I took the radio out and popped off the face plate, I need to go to radio shack and see if they have a tiny tool to unscrew the tiny bolts that holds the circuit board to the faceplate.

Then I'll see, I'm thinking it's either a tiny bulb or LED, I can desolder the old one and solder a new one on.
