Default KICKER L5

I got one kicker L5 10inch 2-oms on a sony X-plod 1200 watt class-d amp and even with the amp turned way down the sub makes a real nasty pop when the bass hit really my amp get's 14.4V all the time weather that bass is pounding or not do i have to much power or is just a pile of $h!T ?

What kind if enclosure are you using? It sounds like either you are playing the sub below the box's tuned frequency if you are using a ported enclosure, or youre sealed enclosure is leaking, both things would cause your speaker to bottom out, making that loud popping sound as the speaker hits it's mechanical limits. make sure that if it is a ported box, it is tuned correctly, or if it is a sealed box, that it is airtight.

the box isnt ported but it may be leaking but i cheak it out and get back to yea
