My silver face gauge overlay came unstuck and rubbed up against the tach, causing the needle not to move. I drove for about 15 seconds and then the SES light popped on. I checked the code and got:
P0803 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Circuit Malfunction
I reset the light and it came back. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to resolve this? I did the !CAGS mod like 3 years ago and haven't had a problem until now. I check and the resistor looks fine and it is dry. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

From my understanding, the Speedometer is a read out from the computer. Anything happening with the needle and where it points, shouldn't cause that code.
This post would be better in Computer Diagnostics & Tuning. I'll move your link from External engine there.
