Radio install Hey guys. My monsoon headunit in my t\a went up finally, or at least I think it did, it wont play cds any more keeps coming up with e-20. Im just going to replace it with another radio, is there any way to make the steering wheel controls work with that radio too? Its a sony lx600 I think.

Re: Radio install ok, before I go through with the radio swap let me make sure of one thing, does anyone else seem to have this e-20 code on their cd players when tryin to play a cd in the cold weather? I read another post that it happens to gm radios and needs to be replaced, but my sony radio doesnt like 90 degree weather without the AC on, so I dunno. Does this e-20 code occur in cold weather or is it defective?

Re: Radio install E20 : Focus Error Cause(s): The CD player cannot focus on the disc or there is an internal focus problem. Correction(s): Try cleaning the disc or using a new disc. Make sure the disc is loaded correctly. The road could be too rough or there is too much humidity. If the problem is not corrected, service the unit at an ACDelco® Service Center.

Re: Radio install ok, so does this adapter work on 2000 trans ams with the premium(cruddy) monsoon radio? And will it work on my aftermarket head unit? Also, how do I hook it up? Is there suppose to be a connector for it already or do I have to splice it into the wiring harness for the radio?
