I don't know if this has already been answered or not, I tried to search the forums for it first......with the monsoon system, where exactly is the factory amp located?

If i had heard right, I believe that the factory amp is located in the driverside rear quarter panel. Not sure what it looks like. Once you take off the rear cover you will see a little black box, I think it is something to do with the factory alarm, but maybe im wrong.....hope this helped.

Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately that little black box is for he alarm. Maybe the amp is somewhere in one of the rear quarter panels though, might have to check it out. Thanks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
