blown or not?

blown or not? well i got 2 12'' kicker cvx's... and today one quit playin... the wires are all connected right , its jus not playing... i checked the wires to the voice coils and they are connected... no -blown kicker- smell coming from the sub, and when you push in on the sub it doesnt act like a blown sub.... i dunno what the deal is, the other one works fine... i guess it;s that ****** lil john feller... he has blown all my subs 
... but damn does his **** hit, anyways- ne one know whats going on with this sub?

haha lil John took out one of my subs a few months ago. It was Get Low that was the culprit. Sounds more like your amp is the problem not the sub. Everytime that ive blown a sub ive blown it by seperating the cone from outer rubber piece.

amps a brand new 1500D memphis....so it better not be tha amp or theres another grand i have to spend.....but i jus think its lil john, the song was throw it up, play that **** in your system and bump your ****** brains out,lol
take it out and put a 9v battery and match the pos and neg to the positive and negative terminal's on the speaker, if its blown the speaker wont move, if it works it will move. They did that to test my Kicker L7's before they installed them in their shop so that someone couldn't bring in broke speakers and lie and say they worked if they hooked them up and they didn't work.
