rigged up shift light?

rigged up shift light? im putting a ws6 hood on my camoro.where it raised at the winshield id like to put in a weatherproof light to be a shift light.are there any kits for this? wether it be led or normal light doesnt matter. i just dont know how to tie it in to come on at a set rpm? any insight would be appreciated.
Re: rigged up shift light? the shift point is the easy part, MSD makes a "rpm activated switch" just for this purpose, its like 1/2 a window switch, but with just a set on/0ff point.
You will need a relay, as the output is only like .5a ground.

Re: rigged up shift light? any local speedshop should have them, or be able to get one.
I have one, that i found at a swap meet a while ago, so im not sure the best place to get one. (i have plans to use it to drive a shift light as well)
