Default Looking for an old Alpine deck..

Around 1992 or so I had this killer Alpine single-CD reciever. It had a single rubber-coated **** on the left side, and the six standard green radio preset buttons on the right, with a green LED display on black background in the center, and CD slot up on the top of the unit. The volume control went from 0 to -40, 0 being the loudest. I traded it for an Alpine cassete player with 6 CD changer. I don't remember the model #, Anyone know of a database with pics, or a store that carries old refurb Alpine equipment? I really liked that unit for it's simplicity. Anyone?

You're looking for an Alpine 7909 (not powered), would be my guess. Good luck finding one though. I ran a 7908 for a while that was the same deck without the 4v amp outputs. Very nice and simple to use. Also a very high demand piece though.

YES!! That's it, because I do remember the 4v preouts. I would love to find one of those decks. Now that I know the model #, It'll help me in my search. Thanks!
