Monsoon ?

I disconnected my battery and my theft loc is set i have my code but do not know the proceedure of getting it set back up my radio reads LOC and IN OP

Any help would be great

INOP is displayed when you have entered the incorrect code eight consecutive times. The only way to clear it is to wait an hour with the ignition on - then it will give you three more chances to enter the correct code.
