HID sound... help

HID sound... help Hey, just got my HID Kit yesterday, and I installed them to test them. Everything seems to be hooked up right, but I have an weird loud buzzing sound when they are on. The Ballast does not make the sound, but it seems to be coming from the back of the engine bay or under the dash. Stereo works good, volt meter reads fine. I read teh trouble shooting that came with the kit. It says to attach a relay to stable the voltage. What kind of relay are we talking about? and where should i attach it? Any help would be great.
