Hi, my girl friend has an 03 grand am and the turn signal sound, you know the CLICK-CLICK CLICK-CLICK noise, is randomly heard while the turn signal is not being used. When she uses the turn signal, everything works fine. Lights flash the clicking sound is steady. After she turns, the signal automatically turns off but the clicking noise continues spuratically with rythem, just a bunch of crazy clicking for the majority of the time. Its really annoying. Now I know its not an Fbody and is far from an LS1, but it is a Pontiac and the components might just be the same. Any ideas?
Turn Signal Gone Wild!!!!!!!!!! 
If it was the flassher, wouldn't the lights flash also? Cus it only makes the clicking noise spuraticlly.
