Need help with a huge eletrical issue!
Need help with a huge eletrical issue! My courtsey lamps will not turn off in my 98 Camaro (V6) It is like they are stuck in the on postion with the dimmer switch all the way up. It has been like this for several weeks now.
The fuse for it is also for the power door locks.
I replaced the dimmer switch and my mechanic diagnosed the Body Control Module and said it was bad (Throwing the wrong codes). He also went over all three of the door switches and said they were fine. So we replaced the BCM and it was fine for about 24 hours.
And the issue with the courtsey lamps is back.
I need some serious help here. As anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
I am running a system but I didn't tap into the stock wiring harnesses. I really don't that could cause any problems.
