Yes, you can add the DEI Hornet 700T (about $75 online). It is an alarm upgrade for factory keyless entry systems. It gives you a full alarm system with shock sensor and siren that can also be upgraded with other options such as a perimeter sensor. The whole thing (except the siren) can be wired right at the BCM so it's fairly easy to install. Not only does it continue to use your factory remotes but it also gives you an accessory channel (press lock twice quickly) that can be used for something like rolling up your windows. I've had one for several years now even though I have the factory alarm and it has worked very well.
Your other option is to buy a full aftermarket alarm system. They are all designed to operate the factory keyless entry so you won't need to carry two remotes - you just use the aftermarket remote.
