Passenger side driving light not working
Passenger side driving light not working Hey... ok well i am at a dilema here... my passenger side driving light is being weird. Sometimes it will work, but most of the time it wont come on. I also noticed that when it was warmer outside it worked fine, but then when it was cold it wouldnt turn on.
I also saw that the passenger side fog light wasnt working once, but then another day it worked fine... i dont know what to do. the only aftermarket electrical thing i have is an EWP and i tapped that into the fuel pump wire. Could this be a fuse going bad? and where do i find this fuse to replace it? It shouldnt be the bulb cause sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

By driving light I assume you mean the parking/DRL/turn signal? It is a dual filament bulb - low brightness for parking light, high brightness for DRL and turn signal. Which filament isn't working? If one works all the time and the other never works then it's probably the bulb.

Check the sockets and electrical connections.
I had an intermittent headlight issue on the driver's side recently and it ended up being a loose connection between the bulb and the headlight connector/socket (I guess you can call it a socket, but its really just a plastic cube with two holes in it open to the elements). The connection was loose which caused arcing which melted the plastic connector, coroded the metal tab, and also damaged the first inch of wire.

Hmm... ok well when i use the turn signal it wont work and when the headlights are on it has worked before so i dont know. I will check the connection. U just gotta unscrew that plastic part under the car and i will have access to it right? Thanks guys.
