Monsoon CD inop???
Monsoon CD inop??? The CD comes up With a Erro code when a CD is put in.My car is 99 SS with the monsoon,everthing else(all controls) work fine but no CD.
If it's trash I would love some advice on a replacment, not into high end unit's sonthing that look's good & sounds good.

Mine is doing that too. I havent tried the cd cleaner yet, but it could work. The lense may be dirty or dead.

i've got a factory monsoon cd player out of my 99 forsale. as far as replacements go, definately get something with a flip down face not a slot load, slot loads collect dust and everytime you put a CD in it will bring some of the dust with it.
