Default Problem with driver's side window

Im about to pick up my new 02 z28 with only 5k miles on it. it is mint condition of course. the only thing is the drivers side window. the owner said about a month ago, he went to roll the window down, and it went down all the way except for a few inches and it stopped. he said he got it back up but only after turning the ignition on and off a few times. i guess its only done this once or twice to him, but what do yall think this is?? anyone have any experience with this problem?
