How easy to repace wiring on a car?
How easy to replace wiring on a car? Well my relatives have a 1994 3000gt vr4 sitting already for 7 years in their backyard. The car seems to be in great condition but there is a lot of dead rats and their nests in the engine bay. I saw only one wire being bitten to death but I am not sure about the rest of the electrical system. I was wondering how hard it would be to change all of it and how much would it cost to do it if done professionally. Sorry that this doesn't quiet relate to LSX based engines but you guys know more about cars then anybody else out there I know. Thank you in advance

since nobody else said anything I guess I'll share my thoughts on this. First, if you can start it up and it runs that's a big plus. You can probably find a book that has all of the wiring to the car and hunt down little problems, but it will be a bitch. I think the only "professional" way to do it would be to completely replace any damaged wires, but you can just solder them back together and it'll be ok. If you take it to a mechanic and have them fix everything you'll probably get raped. If you really want the car just go for it, but if they got a lot of wires your going to have a job ahead of you.
