Need some help asap

ok 1999 T/A with 12 disc changer. ahd no cartidge in it when I bought it and someone said the Pioneer JD1212 cartridge would work.

I bought this

Either that aint the right cartridge or im trying to put that damn thing in wrong.

Anyone wanna help me out so if this is the wrong **** I can send it back?

I haven't tried to confirm if it is correct or anything.....but, if you can't get it to fit - I think it's pretty safe to assume it's wrong....

I dont know if im damn retarded or trying to put it in wrong or what. i can get it in there when i wiggle it around and shut the door but the cd thing isnt even on the right side...

The one you want is Pioneer JDT-1212. It looks very similar to the one you bought but the opening is on the other side and the discs go in it label side down.

Yup, thats the one. Notice how the tray opening is on the right side. When you get it be sure to load your discs upside down (label side down). It seems odd but we've had a lot of people asking why their changer doesn't work when it's just discs loaded the wrong way.
