Default Infinity Reference 6022si, ???

Has any one used these?
I was thinking that the 2 ohm version would be perfect for the front speakers in my camaro. Someone put in some real crapy 3 way sony xplodes and they buzz alot and have no high end at all.

Can a dead LS amp channel cause speakers to buzz like when they are dieing?
Not only my front but the sub is doing the same thing. Not the 4" rear though.
I actualy replaced the RS sub about a year ago so it could be a coincidence.

Those will have very bright clean and crisp highs. . . low mid bass however. If they are going in the front this is what you want.

Would this be a way better choice than the 4ohm version or any other 4ohm speaker?
I am wondering if it is worth pay 100 bucks for these or just get some 4ohm aplines or infinity for 70 or less off ebay.

Were is a good site for the mid bass subs to replace stock. Cruchfield has nothing.
