Once you get that fix. Put some clear masking tape over the lens so you dont get anymore water up in there... Or, just pay $$ for some new ones.
Mine were burning out all the time but after I put some clear tape on the lens where is was cracked (verticaly) I have not burned one out in 2 years.. Just my .02.

You can get the sockets from the dealer but I wouldn't recommend it. P/N 12159662 Socket (x2) cost $60 each at the dealer.
You can get GM turn signal sockets at your local parts store for under $10 each. The problem is explaining to the kid behind the counter what you want. When I asked for a T/S socket the first thing he did was head for the tools aisle (I guess he figured there was a socket for my ratchet set that had something to do with turn signals). I've found the best description is a "turn signal pigtail" - they all seem to understand that even if they have no clue where to find one. The universal ones come either straight or right-angle. The original socket on your car was right-angle but there is plenty of space to make either type fit.
