Default Any interest in Custom front speaker Mounts?

First off, I work at a custom stereo shop, and do this kind of stuff every day, so I do have a very good idea of what I am talking about to those who are interested.

When doing my own system, I noticed that not only are the stock door speaker mounts very flimsy and prone to vibration and do not completely seal the speaker front and back, but the are set so far out that high end aftermarket speakers end up hitting the door panel while playing which creates even more rattling, and could possibly damage the speaker. Also, the air fromt he front of the speaker is not suppose to mix with the air from the rear of the speaker, and if they mix it results in distortion and loss of mid-bass. I have made these custom speaker rings for myself, which were stronger and sealed the speaker completely, and it definitely made a very nice deifference.

What I will be offering is a wooden speaker ring, made to set the speaker farther into the door, and will also be pre-dynamatted with 1.5inches of extra dynamat all around to ensure complete sealing of the speaker. These rings are guarenteed to increase speaker mid-bass and lower distortion, and overall will result in better sound.

Once again benefits are:
-Speaker sits farhter away from door panel, preventing possible rattling/damage to speaker
-Rings completely seal the speaker preventing air from front of speaker from mixing with air from rear of speaker, which results in more mid bass and less distortion
-Rings come with dynamat already applied to help prevent distortion/add speaker quality/volume

Would these work with the Infinity Kappa Perfect 6-1/4" speakers? Right now they don't fit right cuz the holes don't align...

how much clearance would be left for the speaker (ie not hitting the window)? this might be useful info.

carlos, im sure he can make them to fit smaller size speakers, but youd probably have to give him dimmensions.

what about price? i can make them, but if the price is good enough then i wont break out my dremel, router, and jig saw.

There is plenty of room for probably any speaker out there.

Pricing would most likely be $20-$25 for a set.

I want some. I'm going to sound deaden my doors and that'd be a good time to place a ring in there. And I'm replacing my sail panel speakers so again there's an obvious time to put some in. I want so see some pics and some installed pics if you have them. I'm looking to get my audio install done in the next week or two.
