Use a phillips to remove the triangle plastic panel near the mirror (inside)
Use the same phillips to remove the door handle plastic trim.
Remove the phillips near the forward part of the handle ususally out of view.
Then use a larger phillips to remove two screws in the handle as you look down upon it, and another large phillips forward near the hidden screw.
Now, you remove the red lock slider by pulling in towards the passenger compartment on that.
Remove the door trim around the handle now.
Lift the door switch (windows/lock/mirrors) out by prying it with a flattip screwdriver and disconnect the switches.
Now, you lift on the door panel and it shuld come off fine.
Reverse for install.

1.) Remove small triangle piece by side mirror
2.) Popup switch panel
4.) Remove plate where door handle is
3.) Remove screw that is/was behind those two (I think mine is missing)
4.) Remove screw in rear of map pocket well
5.) look up and remove screw deep in armrest above the map pocket screw.
6.) pull door panel up
If I doesn't budge, then I forgot a screw. Look around for it.

Duffster must have posted while I was typing. 
When re-installing, make sure all the tabs on the panel slide into their slots on the door. The one by the speaker is the most difficult.
