Third brake light

I just made an led panel for my 3rd brake light. It only comes on when i push on the brake, not when i turn on my lights. How do i make it to where it does.

The third brake light isn't supposed to come on with the taillights - just with the brakes. There is no taillight power wire available at the third brake light.
