Fuses blown and light switch gone bad?

Fuses blown and light switch gone bad? Well, my car just started blowing fuses! I noticed that when I unlock my doors and the alarm flashes the parking lights, the tail lps fuse blow and the power accy fuse blows as well. While messing with the system, I had the light switch pointed to the parking lights and noticed that the fog lamps were very dim. After that I started seeing smoke and immediately turned them off. I then took out the fuse panel and notices that I had wires that were burned together. I am sure that this caused a short. Also, the light switch felt very funny.
I also noticed that if I turned the switch to on, the headlights would flip up and when I turned it to parking lamps, the would go down as in there were not parking lamps.
Could someone help me please?
