Yes, you get what you pay for. Although, there is something called a "deal" that factors in. Lets say: You buy a 24 pack bundle of tube socks for 1.99. Most likely, they would be crap. But lets say your friend is selling a pack of 36 tube socks for the same price and the name brand is Tommy Hilfiger. The only reason he is selling it is because the socks are too big/small. That is what I would call a "deal".

-1. i like jensen. they may be cheaper than the other ****, but i've had no problems with mine. and the price, ultimately depends on where you buy it. i've got the 9311. and i like it. just sucks they came out with the 2 din touchscreen 6 months after i got my 9311.. ****** do it.
i used to work for circuit city before i joined the air force 
....and my buddy who hung out w/ all the time worked in the stereo dept. and he would ALWAYS try and steer his customers away from jensen screens...not b/c of money(we didnt get paid commission 
) but b/c he was tired of customers who had bought them comming back in less than month sayin they had problems.....ive seen em, been around em, helped install 1,......do urself a favor and save a little more
