gauge lights dont work w/ headlights ?????

gauge lights dont work w/ headlights ????? ever since i pulled my old cd player out, my gauge cluster and climate control lights do not work when i turn my fog lamps or headlights on. i checked all my fuses and they are all ok. i did have rca cables hooked up to the cd player and i ran them tight by accident to the amp, so when i took out the cd player i made the mistake of yanking the cd player out. so im guessing that i pulled a wire or something that would cause this but i looked and do not see anything wrong. sorry so long, i really could use some suggestions please.

Check the IP DIMMER fuse again. Don't just visually inspect - use a tester or replace with a known good fuse. Fuses will often look fine even when they're blown.

thanks alot man. i checked that fuse before and didnt notice anything, and then after reading your reply i went out and checked the ip dimmer fuse and that was it. thanks again
