Which Yellow Top? I've been trying to figure out which yellow top battery we can use in our cars with no luck. Searching at Optima's online site and at autzone's site, I am only shown an option for a red top battery. Is there a yellow top out there that is a drop in replacement for the stock battery?

And another question... what voltage should our batteries read when the car is off (and has been off for several hours)? I'm showing about 11.95 volts and I'm thinking that's too low...

11.95 is really low (though it doesn't sound far off).....approximately 11.9 volts (or technically 11.89 I think) is where a battery is considered to have ZERO charge.
