What 10" sub for a side box?
What 10" sub for a side box? I'm going to make my own side box out of 3/4" MDF, the internal volume should be around .50 to .65 cubic feet (similar to a subthump box).
Could you please recommend me some 10" subs for that box? Knowing that:
1/ My amp is a 5-channel Audison LRX5.600, I'm gonna use its 5th channel (which gives out 180W RMS) for the sub.
2/ I listen mostly to trance and house.
3/ I'm into sound quality, not loudness.
4/ I want something which is gonna match the sound quality of my amp.

I can't find anyone selling Image Dynamics stuff here in Europe 
. However most better known makes are available, so would you have any other suggestions? (here I can get MTX, Focal, Emphaser, Infinity, JL Audio, JBL, Alpine, DLS, VDO, Hertz, Helix, Pioneer, etc.)

From that list I'd pick Focal, JL, DLS, and Hertz.
I've read that Hertz subs are awesome, but rare in the US so I havn't heard one myself DLS also makes very nice audio equipment. Let me do some researrch and get back to you

95bat: thanks, I really appreciate! Please note that my amp is a 5-channel Audison LRX5.600. Its subwoofer channel (5th channel) produces 180W RMS at 4ohms and 240W RMS at 2ohms. I just want to make sure I don't get a sub that demands more power than my amp can produce
