Stock 12 disc CD changer I heard that when you move the stock 12 disc cd changer to make room for a stealth sub box there is some sort of alarm on it that will go off, and you had to have some sort of code to correct it or something. Has anyone heard anything like this?

There is absolutely no theft protection or alarm in the external CD changer - removing it will cause no harm.
The TheftLock system in the head unit hardly ever causes a problem because it was not activated from the factory and few owners ever bother to set up a code and activate it. All it does is allow you to set a four digit code that will be required to unlock the radio whenever it loses power (radio removed or battery disconnected). The idea was that a thief would end up with a useless radio without the unlock code. There are those here who would say the thief ends up with a useless radio just because it's a Monsoon.
If the red LED on the face of the radio doesn't blink when you shut off the car then TheftLock isn't activated and you don't have to worry about it.
