SLP fan switch disconnect???

Default SLP fan switch disconnect???
well first off i have done a search and nothing...

i have an 02 camaro that the previous owner put an SLP fan switch in right above my knee when i sit in the car. sometimes i hit it and it looks kinda ugly. today i found a new knee pannel and disconnected the switch and will relocate it. my question is will disconnecting the connector closest to the switch disable my fans comming on at 215 like stock?
