Default Question on amp lead for 00 camaro

I did print out and used the wiring info on here for the monsoon system.

I wired the amp turn on lead to the yellow (ignition controlled power) since I didn't see the pink power antenna output. Is there a better way to wire the amp lead, you can hear the amp is on when the deck is turned off.

thanks

The Camaro head unit has the output pin for the power antenna even though it doesn't have the pink wire like Firebirds do. You can insert your own pin and wire in the empty spot in the head unit connector to provide power only when the HU is turned on.
